Jantar Mantar is a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan and this monument was completed in 1734. The monument features instruments operating in each of the main classical celestial coordinate systems: The horizon zenith local system, The Ecliptic system. The monument was damaged in the 19th century. Jantar Mantar is not astronomical but also includes science, architecture and art. It has all this in it.
